We're excited to invite you back to the farm for Goat Yoga — where yoga meets adorable farm chaos.

Whether you're a seasoned yogi or someone who just wants to snuggle a baby goat (no judgment here), our Goat Yoga sessions are designed to be fun, lighthearted, and good for the soul. Our certified yoga instructor, Jenny Goodman, leads a beginner-friendly class perfect for all levels — no goat-handling experience required!

You'll be practicing outdoors next to the garden, surrounded by fresh air, blue skies, and a whole herd of tiny hoofed sidekicks ready to make your practice unforgettable.

What to Know Before You Come:

  • Bring your own yoga mat or towel — goats are cute but they aren't exactly clean.

  • Wear clothes you don't mind getting a little dirty (again: goats).

  • Plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early to get settled and meet your goat partners.

  • Classes are about 45 minutes of guided yoga followed by plenty of time for goat cuddles and photos.

  • Weather permitting — we'll reschedule if Mother Nature doesn’t cooperate.

Come for the yoga, stay for the goats, leave with a full heart. 🐐🧘‍♀️
